I MYSELF BEING ONE OF THEM I ASK YOU TO PLEASE FORGIVE MY ABSENCE
Hazards of the Trade
Typically injured - shoulders, hands, knees and lower back.
Conditions - osteoarthritis
In my case a complete tear of the left lateral meniscus resulting in surgical removal - ouch! Add carpel tunnel surgery of both hands, all in 1 1/2 months time, and your out of commission. But not for long, although it feels that way while your rehabilitating. Fortunately I possess the gardeners constitution to never give up, military style; adapt and overcome. But not without the help of some very skilled professionals, my surgeon - Dr. Raphael Longobardi, and Achieve's Sports Medicine & Rehab excellent physical therapists. Thanks to them and their very wise suggestions I dedicate the following posts to those of you who also weather the hazards.
